NEM Leadership Consultants is one of the leading providers of AML services in the Caribbean for the past fifteen (15) years.
Since the enactment of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago Act in 2009 (and other Caribbean jurisdiction), NEM Leadership Consultants has been in the forefront of assisting and developing a compliance culture in Trinidad and Tobago, and the Caribbean Being one of the stakeholders in AML Compliance, we believe that our efforts are making inroads in encouraging a level of AML compliance in the Caribbean Region at an international standard.

The firm has developed a reputation of being a leader in the provision of AML Independent Reviews. The Review is led by Mr. Nigel Matthew, a licensed Auditor with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago, and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK. To date, the organisation has conducted more than over 75 AML Audits.

The firm has documented several Compliance Programmes / Policy Documents for reporting entities in diverse sectors/ industries.
